DRAFT, PENDING REVIEW
LEGAL
Privacy policy
Effective August 7, 2026
This policy explains how Sommers Systems (“Sommers Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website, use the voice demonstration, or contact us. It applies only to this website and not to a client system governed by a separate agreement.
Information we collect
Website and device information
When you visit, our hosting and security provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time, and security or diagnostic logs.
Voice demonstration information
If you choose to use the demo, we collect the scenario you select, your consent confirmation, microphone audio, a transcript, call identifiers and timing, and an AI-generated summary of the conversation. The demo is designed for fictional details. Please do not provide a real name, contact information, health information, payment information, confidential business information, or information about a minor.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. Clicking an email link on this site opens your own email provider; the website does not submit a contact form.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and demo; generate the illustrative staff queue item; respond to messages; evaluate interest in our services; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use demo content to contact you, add you to a marketing list, or make an automated decision about you.
AI voice demo and recording
The demo is an AI system, not a human receptionist. With your affirmative consent, the demo records and transcribes the audio you provide so the AI can respond and create an illustrative queue item. A human may review information processed through the service for administration, safety, support, or deletion requests. The demo does not place a real booking, take payment, or send a follow-up message.
You can decline by not selecting the affirmative consent button. You may stop a call at any time. If you want us to locate or delete a demo call, email us promptly with the approximate date and time of the call; because the demo asks for fictional details, we may not otherwise be able to identify it.
Service providers and sharing
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to run the site and demo, respond to you, protect the service, or comply with law. Our principal providers are:
- Retell AI, which processes and may store demo audio, transcripts, call logs, and AI-generated analysis. Review the Retell AI privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, which hosts, delivers, and protects the site and may process network and security logs. Review the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Your email provider and ours, when you choose to contact us by email.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or another business in connection with a legal obligation, protection of rights, or a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track
We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party behavioral advertising, or a separate website analytics product. Essential hosting and security systems may still use network information or strictly necessary technology to deliver and protect the site.
Because we do not track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising, the site does not take additional action in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third parties that process data for the site may have their own signal-handling practices.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and provider settings. In particular, Retell may retain demo recordings, transcripts, logs, and analysis according to the demo agent’s configured storage and retention settings. We can request deletion sooner when feasible.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may choose not to use the voice demo, deny microphone access, stop a demo call, or avoid sending personal information by email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email tony@tonysommers.com. Describe your request and the information involved. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This site and demo are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child through the demo. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted in a reasonably conspicuous way.
